I don't know why anyone would buy that helmet .. it wouldn't protect your head in a crash and I don't think people have reached the lows of fashion in Kuwait to walk around with a helmet on.
I was wondering why they had that helmet in the shop too but I'd buy it just to look good behind the wheels :P or maybe, when one day helmet's become the "it" fashion and people start walking around with them, i would be the first...

If people start walking around with helmets on .. I will use it as an excuse to beat them upside the head.
